叶玉胜,350vip8888新葡的京集团准聘教授、博士生导师,2022年入选国家“海外高层次人才引进计划”青年项目。2018年至2023年在美国斯坦福大学从事博士后研究工作,多项研究成果被 BBC News、MIT Technology Review、Science News、Science Daily、美国能源部新闻等报道。
获得省部级科学技术进步奖一等奖1项, 2018年被选为350vip8888新葡的京集团春季毕业典礼毕业生代表。先后获得中国复合材料学会优秀博士学位论文、北京市优秀博士毕业生、工信创新奖学金一等奖、工信创业奖学金二等奖、徐特立奖学金、350vip8888新葡的京集团研究生优秀学位论文、研究生国家奖学金、优秀学术成果奖等多项奖项。作为技术骨干参与美国能源部项目、国家973计划、国家重点研发计划、北京市科委重大科技项目、国家自然科学基金等项目。
截止2024年6月,参与在Nature、Science等顶级期刊发表的学术论文70余篇,总被引用超过6800次,H因子48(Google Scholar)。以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文十余篇,包括Nature Energy、Nature Communications、Angewandte Chemie International Edition、Advanced Materials、Advanced Energy Materials、Advanced Functional Materials、Nano Letters、Energy Storage Materials、The Journal of Physical Chemistry Letters、Composites Science and Technology、Small等。授权发明专利11项,其中含美国授权专利3项。担任EcoMat的Young Advisory Board Member,国际期刊Energies的客座编辑,担任包括Nano Letters, ACS Nano, Small, Nano Research, Energy Storage Materials, ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, Journal of Energy Chemistry, Materials Today Energy, Journal of Alloys Compounds, Chinese Chemical Letters等10余种顶级期刊的独立审稿人。

研究内容包括高功率/快充型锂(离子)电池、新型电化学储能电池(锂离子电池/钠离子电池/水系电池)、高比能锂硫电池关键材料和关键技术、智慧电池、全固态电池(固体电解质)等。在博士后期间协助导师指导多名博士生从事多项跨领域研究工作,涵盖自愈性固态电解质、负极预锂化、非稳态的过冷流体等。
